| 3 | Expert | Complete the advanced arbitration course and at least two skills training courses | - Certification of completion of the course;
- Get access to free and diverse source of documents;
- Get discount on next course’s tuition fee;
- Prioritize/Free Access to certain VIAC’s events;
- Be considered for inclusion in the list of candidates in the process of appointing arbitrator;
- Be considered to be admitted to VIAC's list of arbitrators by term. Please note that having VIART training and professional certification does not automatically mean admission to VIAC's List of Arbitrators. However, this is one of the necessary conditions. If the candidate has other VIAC’s criterias such as age, foreign language proficiency, work experience, reputation in the field of work which VIAC needs to be supplemented, capable of promoting the development of arbitration and ADR, contributing to the development of VIAC. Candidates who are experts of VIART will have an advantage when considering together with the above conditions. To apply to become an Arbitrator on the VIAC’s List of Arbitrators, please refer here;
