The opening ceremony of Vietnam Institute for International Arbitration Research and Training & Workshop on Enhancing training activities of dispute resolution through commercial arbitration in Vietnam

With the view to promoting the development of arbitration and other methods of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in a favorable, time-efficient and effective manner, Vietnam Institute for International Arbitration Research and Training (VIART) – a sub-agency of VIAC, was officially established in 2021 in the context of the remarkable progress of ADR, especially arbitration, as part of Vietnam justice system's integration with international justice. Through multiple training and research activities, VIART hopes to envision the mission of leading the development trend in Vietnam arbitration landscape, in particular on strengthening the human factor and disseminating arbitration knowledge.

In order to provide more information on VIART’s purpose, direction and activities, as well as to open a discussion forum on the potential and orientation of a professional community in the field of arbitration, VIAC and VIART co-organized:
